Belgian Chocolate Workshop: A Sweet Afternoon of Craft, Taste, and Community

BCNC members gathered for a delightful Belgian Chocolate Workshop, hosted at CocoTutti, where chocolate, creativity, and good company came together in the best possible way.

The afternoon began with a generous tasting experience, giving participants the chance to explore different chocolate flavors, textures, and pairings. From there, everyone rolled up their sleeves, put on gloves and aprons, and stepped into the hands-on part of the workshop: creating their own Belgian-inspired chocolate bars.

Guided with warmth and expertise, participants experimented with toppings, flavors, molds, and decoration techniques, turning rich melted chocolate into beautifully personalized creations. The room quickly filled with concentration, laughter, and the unmistakable smell of chocolate.

A special thank you to Elyce and the CocoTutti team for welcoming us into their kitchen and creating such a fun, relaxed, and memorable experience. Thank you as well to everyone who joined and helped make the afternoon so enjoyable.

It was a wonderful reminder of what BCNC does best: bringing people together through Belgian traditions, shared experiences, and a little sweetness along the way.
