BCNC Events for 2022

Saturday, October 8 at 12:30 p.m.

Location: Drakes Beach, near Drakes Beach Road, Inverness, CA

Point Reyes has some of the most beautiful beach scenery in Northern California. For this event, the plan is to take over part of Drakes Beach in the Point Reyes National Seashore, where our chef will be serving local Tomales Bay Miyagi oysters on the half shell garnished with mignonette and fresh lemon, shucked right there on the beach. You can also order some additional ones to take home. Unopened oysters are good for 2 to 3 days; so, bring a cooler with ice to keep it fresh.

We will meet on Drakes Beach, next to the Drakes Beach Café. Park on the massive parking lot next to the café, make your way to the beach, and search for the Belgian Flag.
